IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SELECTIONS:
The Group will be made up of the people that the Group leaders we think will best fit the objectives of the Group. We hope to create a friendly, relaxed, fun Group that works well together, enjoys the challenge of the game and is very focussed and serious about their Raiding.. Once the Group is formed, you will not be replaced in the Group unless you fail to deliver on the expectations, or fail to meet the requirements, or violate the Code of Conduct.
Selection / Approval will be based on our best subjective assessment of a number of factors, including :
Your ability to interact well with others online (in-game and on forums).
Your attitude to the game, and to Raiding.
Your reliability.
Your passion of, interest in, and commitment to Raiding.
Your understanding of your character class capabilities.
Your understanding of your character class role in the Raid.
Your ability to play your character in a Raid environment.
Our judgement of this criteria may not be perfect - and you may not agree with some of our decisions, however we will have considered every application at length and therefore will not enter into lengthy debate about the results of the selections and approvals.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PEOPLE WHO APPLY BUT DON'T GET IN:
We really are sorry, we would like to be able to share this group experience with more people, but we believe that would greatly reduce the ability to achieve the objectives.
We we will keep your application, and consider you for any suitable position we have that becomes available; if we can get you in, we will contact you if and when this happens.
