RAID ROSTERS:
Group Leaders will determine the profile of classes and roles that are needed for each Raid. This will change depending on the encounter being tackled; sometimes this will be changed on the fly. No matter what previous attendance figures are, who has got what drops, the Raid Leaders will be confirming people to the Raid as best as they see fit to meet the objectives. Note, however, that the one of the requirements to be able to meet our objectives is to make sure that the entire Group is well geared and well trained in every encounter - so if you have to sit out for a while, you will get your turn soon.

Where there are multiple people signed up for a spot who could fufill that role, we will use the ART system (attending reserve tracking) and randomisation to determine who should attend. If there are 2 Mage spots and 4 Mages signed up, then those with the highest ART score will be approved to the Raid. The others, if they attend (online) as a reserve will increase their ART score.

Over time, this system will smooth out attendance, while also actively pushing the Group forward at all times.

RESERVES:
People who are Reserves for a Raid are encouraged to spend the time that they are not in the Raid online working together to further the Group capabilities in some way. This includes farming, gearing up, crafting, etc.

SIGN-UPS / IMMUNITIES :
phpRaid signups for Monday raids will be approved some time during Friday.

phpRaid signups for Wednesday raids will be confirmed some time during Tuesday.

Immunity is earned if you are signed up and online when the raid starts, but you are not required in that raid.

If that raid calls you up during it's course, due to needing to balance classes/roles differently, or due to someone else dropping out, then you STILL retain your immunity, unless you end up raiding for the majority of the raid, or you see a large proportion of the bosses downed that night. Exact criteria for this is not specified - Raid Leaders will make a judgement as to whether they think any substitutes have had a 'full raid experience' or not. Conversely, if you are 'subbed out early' due to class balance/role balance, you will be given an immunity.

Due to Raid IDs of multiple Raids, for Karazhan Act 2s we will aim to keep the same set of Raiders on Mondays as we had on Wednesdays. Some people who miss out will therefore get double Karazhan immunities - however, some people may get called up for Act 2, in which case they only earn one immunity from the Wednesday.

If we are learning a specific boss encounter over two nights, we may decide to retain as much as the Wednesday Raid force on the Monday Raid as possible, so some people might be earning double immunities as a result of this. This "Persistence of Experience" in the raid roster would not be taken into account for Raiding the following week after the Dungeon resets.

ALTS:
Alts (Additional Characters) do not signicantly factor into the plans of this Group; they will rarely, if ever be asked to attend a Raid. In time, when content is being 'farmed' we may allow ALTs to attend to achieve a quest, or to provide variety for gamers, but they will not be inducted into the loot system, and will only have a chance of loot if nobody else in the Raid group wants / can use the item.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TRIAL MEMBERS:
If a new players are added to the Group after it has started, then they will be on "Trial" status. People on Trial status may be asked to party in smaller Groups first to assess their suitability. Trials accepted into the larger Raids will not be given loot preference over non-Trialling members. Raid Leaders will determine when someone's Trial Status should end.
As a special case, when the Group first starts, everyone is on Trial Status, and although DKP will be earned if a boss is killed and loot is won, Group Leaders reserve the right to replace people who they believe are not suitable.
